IMPOWER FINANCE, a stock corporation, was founded by Luxembourgeois companies on March 2, 1999 in Prague. The main priority and strategic objective of the company was to participate in privatization of government-owned corporations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Simultaneously search for investment and development opportunities for company's transnational partners - search for projects that could be implemented within the CZ and SK.
Since 2003 IMPOWER FINANCE a.s. (IMPF) has gradually transformed and in terms of acquisitions created a group of companies – BANKOVNÍ STAVBY a.s., EMPORUM a.s., Via Caroli s.r.o., IMPOWER ENERGY s.r.o., Rezidence Academia and OPERA-BALET.cz s.r.o. Each company has its own legal identity, but a concern order was established with unified economical, sales and marketing strategy.
IMPOWER FINANCE group is involved through OPERA-BALET.cz in operation and production of a professional art ensemble Ballet Prague - The Prague Chamber Ballet. That is how we support Czech art and culture.
